The official API also returned Santa Hat, White Beard, Custom Skin Color, Halloween Fedora, Neon Shoes, Orange Justice Celebration, Backflip Celebration, and Electro Shuffle as not for sale. Some descriptions call an item limited-time or tell owners not to delete the pass. Those historical product records do not establish a current acquisition route.

If you already own one, check the live customization menu for an equip option. If you do not own it, do not pay another player, use an external purchase link, or assume a zero base-price field means free. Wait for a developer-controlled listing or announcement through the official Roblox page.
